My sisters Mary and Catherine came to pick me up from Templestowe and take me to the airport. Peter Walsh made sure I headed off safely.

I am now at Tullamarine airport waiting for take off. In fact the boarding call to Gate 4 has just come across the public address system.

Welcome to my travel blog. I hope you enjoy sharing in the experience. I will be away from Australia for 6 weeks, returning to Melbourne on Sunday 30th November, 2008.
