Greetings from Los Angeles

We had a good trip from Melbourne to Los Angeles. The plane arrived on schedule.

I am now in the Admiral's Club - the partner Club to the Qantas Club. It took a while to get the internet connection working here but all is well now. I had to connect up with T Mobile (an American company) to use my wireless connection.

It's Saturday morning here - LA is 18 hours behind Melbourne. I am looking out over the airport with plenty of planes lined up and am surrounded by a group of Japanese travellers at the moment. The next leg of the journey from Los Angeles to Miami leaves at 12.15 pm Saturday local time (6.15 am Melbourne Sunday time).
