A quiet day back in Leopold

Moyra and Alan went out painting while Sue, Winks and Pete went shopping for cakes for tea. It rained quite hard so the painters had to pack up early and come home. They were testing their new pochade/special boxes to hold oil paint and painting, which fit on to a tripod. The two painters spent some time cleaning up and fixing the pochard boxes.

In the afternoon we had a visit from John and Helen Posselt, from Brisbane en route to a reunion. John was hugely helpful to Pete in suppling factual information about our father's young airline company RAMS in Rhodesia, His father, Theo Posselt, was Chief Pilot. A great opportunity for us all to meet.

Sue, Pete and Winks were able to do some more research into our family history, as we shared memories and looked through photos.

We had an early celebration for Moyra's birthday as Sue was leaving early the next day.
