Venus Bay, South Head Walk

A visit to the Tahlia Caves yesterday, which is a few ks east of Venus Bay was well worth it.

Then a walk around the headland at South Head today, was pretty spectacular.

It's an easy walk it starts at the end of the main street of Venus Bay and takes about an hour. There was a big swell coming in from the ocean, and the dolphins were just lazily swimming past the heads when we got there.

Went for a fish on the Venus Bay Jetty this arvo, but only caught a sand crab! But, just being out there in the sunshine and fresh air was great.

On To Streaky Bay tomorrow.
