Mount Lofty

Today we visited Mount Lofty. A hill/mountain from which you can see views of the whole of Adelaide. It was another beautiful day and so clear we could see for miles. We took photos and picked out all the places we had been to and then looked around their gift shop. Laura has a very impressive collection of souvenirs now some of you will be pleased to hear! After Mount Lofty we made our way to Hahndorf, an historic German settlement town. It was so pretty with lovely trees and little shops and restaurants. We had a walk around and had the best lunch in the German Inn. It was very authentic and cosy and the food was great. I really enjoyed the feeling I was back in Europe- it was a little strange to find somewhere so different only 22Km away from Adelaide but I love it and would definitely go again.

Ok, have travelled Australia and had my time working. It's now time to say goodbye to the kangaroos and move on to the land of Middle Earth- New Zealand. I'm very excited about all the adventures I will have travelling there. Plan on making the most of my last few weeks. For any of you who don't know I am coming home 24th June.
