Stephan emailed me that he wanted me to join him on Fraser Island.....he even postponed his trip so we could do it together....how sweet! So I went to see him in Noosa, and we stayed there for three days before heading up to Hervey Bay and over to Fraser. We had bad luck with the weather on Fraser, but it was still an experience.
Fraser Island is the largest sand island in the world, and a UNESCO protected site. People normally go over there camping, and the hostels provide you with tours over there. You are normally 11 people in a van, alternating the driver whenever you want. I decided not to drive, as I was a bit petrified of being responsible for ten other people. And also, the conditions are different from what I am used to....you drive on the beach, in the sand dunes, and on the beaten tracks on land. Quite an experience, even if you don't drive!
Normally, you have to set up camp when the tides are coming in, as you can't drive on the beach anymore. After that, there's nothing else to do but drink, hehe! Just be careful when you go for
a wee in the middle of the night.....you don't want the dingos to bite you in the ass, so you have to go with a buddy! Met some really cool people on this tour, and I have kept on bumping into them again along the coast! It's funny how you always see people you know, and bump in to them randomly! I guess everyone does the same route along the coast....that must be why!
After Fraser, me and Stephan parted. He said he was too confused to be travelling with me.....men, eh?! Bumped into him again after that, but that is a whole different story! Hope we will stay in touch, he's a really sweet guy! 😉

Hej tjejen ! Ser ut som du har det bra ; ) ! Jag kom tillbaka till Malmö imorse efter att ha varit på kryssning i Medelhavet !!!! men planet hem var försenat med 6 timmar,så man är lite trött nu,efter at ha varit vaken i ett dygn....
