Final days in Cairns

During our final three days in Cairns, together with some much needed recovery time out, we enjoyed visits to the Barron Falls Gorge, Lake Placid, Crystal Cascades and Karanda.

Although we have been through Cairns a couple of times previously, we thoroughly enjoyed having the time to explore more of the beautiful region.

In 2013 Les and Helen undertook their first trip overseas together, guided by Rob and Ros on their fourth overseas adventure. In 2014 Les and Helen set off to explore more of our own beautiful country. Australia, here we come! September 2015. Les and Helen embark on further overseas adventures. This time to visit our son, Trent and his wife, Denise and their children Eva, Matilda and Charlie, who have been living in Washington DC since August 2014.
