2nd blog!

I am not sure how well this blog will read as I only got around 2 hours sleep last night, so I will make it a quick blog! The reason I only got 2 hours sleep last night was due to the fact that some guy got locked out of his room so we let him sleep on our floor........big mistake, he snored like a drunk walrus and even though I kicked him a few times he still wouldn't shut up!!! I think that the last time i posted a blog i had been in byron bay for a few days, i ended up staying in byron for around 10 nights in the end....byron was out fo this world, i absolutely loved it!! i met some quality people and so much funny stuff happened from being attacked by a possom with really sharp nails whilst sleeping in a hammock to skydiving from 14,000 ft and partying every night, it really was amazing.

I also had visited Nimbin whilst i was in Byron, a good mate from work (Fossett) had reccommended it to me and it really was a surreal place, it was an old town where loads of hippies have gone to live, there wasn't really a lot to do apart from going to a very random musuem and generally it was just a town of hippies and abo's getting stoned.......the main reason people go is to pick up some weed, was quite funny as on the bus there everyone was drunk and being lary but on the bus back it was a lot more chilled out and completely silent!!! As i mentioned above i also did a skydive in Byron, it was genuinely one of the best things that i have ever done. I jumped from 14,000 ft which equates to around 70 seconds freefall, the best thing about the jump is edging over to the open door, dangling out of the plane and then rolling out, the first few seconds is a massive adrenalin rush you literally are thinking fucking hell i am falling out of a plane.......was brilliant, i am planning on doing a bungee next!

I left Byron about a week ago and travelled up to surfers paradise. I have travelled up there with a guy i met in byron called marios, he is from guildford, he is a top bloke and we have non-stop banter. I can't tell you too much about surfers it is just a party resort, feels like an 18-30 holiday a bit, we call it KavOz. I am struggling a bit with money at the moment and have resorted to random things like cutting my own hair, I have also been cooking all my own food to save money, last night we barbequed kangaroo steaks on the beach and then played a bit of 5-a-side after. Anyway its my last night in surfers tonight. Tomorrow me and Marios are moving up the east coast to where we are metting up with 4 girls and hitting the nightlife in Brisbane. Anyway i have got to head off now and do some washing + fit in some sun bathing. Hopefully i will speak to you soon, take care

Places to visit in perth
When you get to perth you have really got to get the boat over to rottnest island its gorgeous. if ya lucky you'll see dolphins jumping in the boats stream when ya cross swan river. go snorkeling in the basin and theres these little animals that are only found on the island there like a cross between a rat n a kangaroo or something daft but ya have to c them think there called quokers or something cant really remember. freemantle is also nice visit the old prison bit of history for ya but its interesting and hillarys harbour is nice for a day out. have fun xxx
