Day One

---

After 8 hours travelling we finally made it to Rockhampton. We haven't found anything we've forgotten yet which is a good thing I guess. Today's highlights were watching the many Army vehicles going in the opposite direction and going past an extra-wide load in the form of a mining truck tipper tray. It was huge! Tomorrow we are heading to Townsville so another long day in the car so we'd better get some sleep.
