Ahh! My Rise & Shine to Peace & Power routine - I’m into action today! Outa bed @ 6.30, guzzle some freshly filtered, negatively ionised, pure alkaline, crystal clear Mossman Gorge water, take a beach walk and collect a few shells… and then some frangipani blossoms to decorate our room with, finish my 1 litre before breakfast commitment, make a rainbow veggie juice - and all by 8am
My intention for the day is to be for and within myself, playing, creating, doing as I wish, being love. Traced my name and an affirmation in the sand in large rounded letters - ahh how satisfying - and spontaneously stripped naked for a swim in the ocean… stinger season must be over, yeah… what a delicious way to begin the day! I am so empowered and at peace!
