Untitled I am travelling down towards brisbane, but am making a couple of stops on the way... first one being magnectic island.., staying at a place called bungalow bay, which is a really quiet place to stay apart from the wildlife in the backround.
Its a small island just of off townsville. I did a bus ride round the island, which only took 3 hours, but i got to feed some rock wallabies, i had actually feed one with a baby in its pouch.
We went to a spot called arther bay which was very picturesque.
Then we ended up at horseshoe bay, near where i was staying.
its only a small beach, with minimal shops, easy to walk round.
I headed back to my hut where i was staying to do a wildlife tour, this one was a bit more hands on.. before i knew it i had a small freshwater croc in my hands, followed by a blue tongued lizard, and yes had my picture taken with..., you got it a koala.
Also experienced a mini bush walk... i have never seen so many butterflies in my life millions of them, that naturaly means spiders, which i wasn't too
Magnectic is
Rock wallabies!!!! keen on, huge ones at that. Also saw some fruit bats hanging around.
