THE roast!

We ate EVERY mouthful!

Unless you have been deprived of something yu never really know how much you love and miss that thing - you know, "Absence makes the heart grow stronger"? It's like that with Sunday Roasts. For a month of Sundays (quite literally) we searched the bars & pubs of Australia for a roast dinner but found none. Until Hervey Bay. The pork roast was huge and we ate and savoured every mouthful!

We had a giggle on Australian day at the 50 year old barmaid who was constantly stoned and the gaggle of 'teenagers' drinking booze - honestly, it was like Zac and Ellie going upi to the bar!

stayed one night in Mackay where the was a beautiful full moon and Justin surfed the van.
