Sun 13 Aug. Extraordinary day. In the middle of the night I had inspirations and visions. Two races on short course (3 laps windward leeward). I said these guys were good. And Angela. Sky sea. Saiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiling. A kind of real world perfection. The faces, the action, the fun. Close contest with Dehler. She's heavier, fast but. Both races never more than 50 meters in it. We were first both times. No mistakes either side. Just us a fraction faster.
Mon 14. Lay Day. Laundry. We're in solid fifth on handicap even though we've been fastest every race.
