Had a quick look around Alice Springs while window got replaced. Headed off to East Macdonell Ranges. We had a look at Emily & Jessie Gaps and set up at Trephina Gorge. Went to N’Dhala Gorge for the afternoon and climbed the rocks in the riverbed. Next day went to Arltunga Historical Reserve and old gold mining town. Then on to Ruby Gap where we found Garnets. On the way back to camp we saw donkeys on the side of the road. The baby donkey was fuzzy. The day we left we climbed up Trephina Gorge and around the rim and back through the riverbed. Left to go to Rainbow Valley, got some firewood on the way. Got there, set up, and then saw the sunset. Lit the fire then cooked tea then went to bed.
