Broken rear windscreen 20 km North of Oodnadatta
Left Coober Pedy and had lunch at Oodnadatta. On the way to Dalhousie we had an unfriendly stone that broke the rear windscreen. Cleaned up the glass, tarped up the window and off we went. Got to Dalhousie. It was dark. Camped there. In the morning I went in the hot springs. Saw a dingo. Went to take a photo of it, and got about 20 photos of it in the end. Went to the ruins at Dalhousie. Took the Old Ghan Route to Chambers Pillar which is the same as the Finke to Alice Desert Race Track. Crossed the border into Northern Territory.
Got to Chambers Pillar, set up and went to see the sunset. Took photos climbed up to see the signatures of the pioneers who used Chambers Pillar as a landmark on the way to Alice Springs. Next morning got up early to watch the sunrise. Left to go to Alice Springs.
