Moving day

Hi all,
Posted another entry the other day and lost it. Obviously not as clever as I thought. Had the packers in yesterday and they left at 9pm last night. What a day - rained all day and then at around 7pm John ran into the billiard lights (the table has been sold), smashed one of the glass shades and gave himself a 4cm cut on the temple. Quick trip to hospital and a lot of blood and 4 stitches later we were home to finish packing. The moving truck came today - it's been pouring - trust us to break the drought! Am writing this at 4pm and they haven't quite finished but we are about to tackle the mammoth cleaning task. Too tired to be sad. We slept in the van when we finally got to bed last night and were extremely comfortable and dry. Scotch and beer taste just as good in a caravan let me tell you. Will be off the air for the next few days so will be much more organised when next I write and will have finalised the Cancer Council receipts and will have a total.
