An adventure unfolds... Joel returned home after staying with my aunty Laurie & uncle Rob in Jacksonville, Florida trapped in their house waiting for hurricane Fay to pass. He was there on a mission of goodwill after a holiday of his own picking up a 35kg suitcase full of goods that I had purchased in Africa a few months earlier. He was to be staying overnight only...but this never happened! The next 4 days were spent drinking Ricardo's mango rum with Laurie & Rob watching the rain & sharing stories on the crisis in American politics, it's financial impact on unemployment & the domino of misfortunes around the globe.
