Newport, New South Wales.
The beach here is a pale orange, reminiscent of pumpkin pie back home. Only thing is, you better make sure you get it all off; it seems to stain. Hmmm, maybe I was just dirty to begin with? Being one of many beautiful beaches of North Sydney, it's anchored on both points with some imposing cliffs.
The waves are miniscule today, from the point of view of the locals. From my point of view, shaize, this isn't Lake Ontario anymore!
Easily 10-12 feet tall (from sand), they know how to hurt fresh meat in their midst (The type that just got off da boat, or plane), Ouch!! Feels like a belly flop if you are new, only its the wave that is coming at you!
After just one day, you better realize the sea commands respect, or else.
Cheers.
