G’day! Bottom line: Sydney is awesome! I really like Melbourne, but would move to Sydney in a heartbeat. I have said that although I am having a blast in Australia, I don’t think I could ever live somewhere outside the U.S. permanently—Sydney may be the exception. View from the Glenmore Hotel Roof Deck. The Glenmore Hotel is located in "The Rocks" district--a place full of local drinking establishments. The Roof Deck had a Beer Garden and great food, not to mention an incredible view of the Opera House and the Bridge as well as the rest of the city.

Circular Quay is the port in which ferrys and cruise boats depart. It is full of street performers and musicians. Awesome atmosphere.

This dude laid flat upon the bed of nails and then juggled the fire rods. Pretty sweet.

You can see the Sailboats over my left shoulder. Over my right shoulder is the Prime Ministers mansion. Apparently the PM's mansion is a political point of tension--he is the first PM not to live in the country's capital (Canberra). However, after seeing where he lives and what he gets to see everyday, there is no way that I would be moving.

I happened upon the making of a Bollywood movie in the middle of the Royal Botanical Gardens. Bollywood is the Indian version of Hollywood. Go to YouTube and watch a clip of a Bollywood video---they are terrible! Apparently the dude in the powder blue pulling a sweet dance move is a major star in India. I watched about 10 takes and could not stop laughing.
