Light drizzle so we decided to drive to Narooma, the first thing we did was buy a dozen oysters for each of us, $11 a dozen. Went to the park and sat under a Rotunda to eat them, it was warm but was drizzling with rain. Yum, Yum they were good.
We bought a coffee and drank it at the Surf Beach, followed by a walk around the cemetery. Mick told me, if I see his name he does not want to know about it.
We then went shopping and Mick spotted Millers with a rack of clothes for $5, yes, you guessed I could not pass by without investing in a couple of items.
Called at Eurobodella National Park, Corunna Lake, popular for its scenery and anglers, water skiers and sailors every weekend. Can understand why it would be busy in nice weather, toilets, BBQ's, tables and the lake is very scenic.
Mystery Bay - Disappearance on 10th October, 1880 of Lament H.G. Young, Geological Surveyor, Department of Mines, who with his assistant Max Schneider and three Boatmen, Frank Lloyd, Bartholomew Casey and Thomas Towers, mysteriously disappeared whilst investigating the Montreal Gold Field. The boat in which the

We visited this with our children about 25 years ago party was believed to be travelling in was found holed and abandoned near this site. Subsequently this cove was named Mystery Bay.
Tilba. Tilba Central - It is an amazing old town, the Village and much of the surrounds are National Trust classified and as a result have had their unique historical atmosphere preserved. We started at the cheese factory, tasting and bought some really nice cheese, the lolly shop and walked out with a variety of lollies, a shop with heaps of amazing wood carvings, then the old store which is still the original store and post-office that survives to this day as the beautifully restored Two Story Bed & Breakfast. We enjoyed free home-made fudge with a coffee at this store before making our way back to the Caravan Park for a nap. Hard life this!!!
