From Jervis we headed back up to Kangaroo Valley for two nights where we stayed at a huge camp ground at Bendeela right on Lake Yarrunga. It was a great campground with wombats wandering around all through the daylight hours as well as the night. We were able to get right up close to some of them - such gorgeous animals, although I wouldn't want to meet one in a dark alley...

Whilst staying at Bendeela we checked out the Fitzroy and Belmont Falls as well as Robertson. Also visited the old timber shop in the town of Kangaroo Valley (something I've always wanted to do) - amazing stuff and we were surprised to see quite a bit of huon pine in there.

Really enjoyed Bendeela, and really looking forward to the next stop.......
