Gold Coast

Well...

We are getting used to our little home now. We have also managed to upload some pictures onto the blogs so you can all see what we have been getting up to.

We have been travelling down the Gold Coast and into NSW for the past few days. We have stayed at a different campsite each night - some have been better than others!

We drove out of Brisbane and down to Tambourine Mountain, where we had an exciting/scary walk through some rainforest to see Curtis Falls. We then made our way to Surfers Paradise- we both really liked it here the beach was v beautiful and there was loads to do.

We visited Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and had our photo taken holding a small croc. We weren't very keen even though he had his mouth tapped up! In the picture Phil is sweating loads! We saw the Kangaroos - see picture with nads out - Phil was fascinated... hum...

We then went to Coolangatta, which has another gorgeous beach, we went to Pizza Hut for all you can eat and literally stuffed ourselves while looking at the fit surfers (boys and girls) trying to catch waves. Yummy!

We moved onto Ballina via Byron Bay and had a look at the hippies, its really chilled out and the shops are really cool. I keep seeing dresses that I want to buy. Unfortunately I can't fit anything else into my suitcase!

Ballina was really really quiet - had an interesting walk down to the river to watch some weird crabs disappear then re-appear... sounds weird, and it was.

We are now in Coffs Harbour. Can't tell you much about it because we've only been in this interent cafe so far. I'll have to let you know how we go soon!
