DEC 3, 2013 - STILL in San Carlos On Friday, November 29th, we were at the Guaymas Immigration office at 9 AM - waiting for the doors to open. Walter and Cindy are from Seattle, Washington but currently live in the Phoenix, AZ area. We both LOVE to travel - and for the past 22 years have traveled extensively. We have toured most of Central America (we even purchased property in Panama, on the island of Bocas del Toro) and Mexico.
