This article relate to what we are talking about in class because it talks about how the Discrimination between the rivers that were brought up during class. I think that their response wasn't all that good because they probably didn't catch on until someone ask questions or until others start talking to those who were feeling the same way.I think that it relates to the U.S because before we were one we were all separated and didn't get alone until we won war or something like that.
