We drove from Thermopolis to Cody on Saturday March 25,2006. Fifty five miles from our town is this little place. It is kind of booming now due to oil field expansion but that doesn't mean much traffic. Just a notice on the only motel that they offer "crew rates". There is a nice rodeo arena-- good little amateur rodeo on Labor Day if you like to wait a loooooong time for action. Mont and I put on a few amateur rodeos in our younger days and abhor the sloooow pace.
