This trip had been in the planning stages for about four years! I’ve always wanted to go back out west since my last visit in 1983. Following church we loaded up Karen and Ed Wilson and headed west, toward Columbus!! First stop was in Zanesville for lunch and ice cream at Tom’s Ice Cream Bowl. If you’ve never been to Tom’s you don’t know what you are missing! Tom's is a place stuck in the 50's"....from the old fashioned soda counter to the yellow Formica tables, you feel like you stepped back in time. We had a great lunch and of course ICE CREAM!!
