Well today we went up to my Sister Beck's house and picked up my nephew Greg to go on an all day ride with us. Little did he know that it would turn into 12 hours of riding and me and James arguing with each other as to whose fault it was that we got lost! :-) (I still say James needs glasses so he can read road signs:-). Greg was a real trooper on our ride today he was the perfect passenger even to the point I forgot someone was sitting behind me a few times. He handled the twisties with no problem even when I was dragging the foot pegs, way to go Greg.
We rode into Arkansas to ride some of their world famous Ozark Mountain roads and we had a great time, we also found one of the many caves that cover Arkansas to go splunkering in (see the pics). We out riding for about 12 hours and dropped Greg off at home to see his dad Raymond roll in on his brand new out of the crate 2006 VTX1800N! James and I must be a bad influence because Raymond not only bought himself an X
he bought Mark (my other nephew) a VTX1300RS 2007. Wow Raymond left the dealer with his and we are all going to ride over to Ft Smith in the morning to pick up Mark's, good times!
Well it late and James is accusing me of disparaging him with his being able to defend himself. He noticed me typing a lot and asked if he should proofread our blog. I assured him he need not bother unless he wants to get up and learn how to do this for himself :-)! Tired, but smiling, good night everyone, Jack.
