KOA Winthrop, WAKOA Winthrop, WAKOA Winthrop, WA

Campsite was good. Kids enjoyed the rental bikes. Nice and clean
We left Penticton on July 23 late morning, we arrived in Winthrop, Washington to stay in the KOA. We got there late, but it was a great campground. Had a swimming pool and the kids had a great time. The weather was 84 degrees. Nice. We only had the one night but it was good. Drank some wine, had a fire and just enjoyed the time together. Love it. Gerry is busy with his journal. We are now in Oak Harbour, Washington. Love it here. Don, my brother and wife Cindy came up for dinner. They just live an hour from here. The weather yesterday was perfect. Jeff and Sonya took the kids to the beach, and Gerry and I just chilled and read our books. It was nice. We are here for yesterday and today. Tomorrow we are leaving for south. Cannon Beach, Lincoln City and beyond. Lighthouses here we come. Wanted to put some pictures on here, but the internet here on the island is very slow. So next entry I will. So until then hope all is well with you.

Sue and Gerry
