We watched the news last night and they said it would be 20 degrees farenheit at 8:00 this morning, but it wasn't. When we left the house at 8:30 it was 4 degrees. So cold! Pam took the day off to go sightseeing with us, but she had to go in for a meeting at 9:00, so Katherine and I went with her. Katherine finger painted Pam’s office, while she was in her meeting. Then we all went home and ate lunch. When Katherine woke up from her afternoon nap, it was only 14 degrees outside, so we didn’t feel like doing much sightseeing.
We did go to the public library, nice and warm. Then we drove to the tabernacle, ran out of the car, snapped a picture and jumped back into the car. For dinner we went to The Bluebird. It’s a cute little restaurant/candy shop/soda fountain bar that’s been around since 1914. I guess that was my favorite part of the day. Katherine and I had nice sandwiches and Pam had a halibut steak. Pam had an ironport soda, which she recommends, but I think the best part of the dinner was Pam’s lime freeze for dessert. (I don’t
