newspaper rock rocks!
I've seen pictures and read about newspaper rock when teaching about petroglyphs! I didn't realize that it was so big. Amazing! Good luck on your trek to the Grand Canyon!

Indians, Dinosaurs, and Harry Potter...Oh my!
I think it is funny that your pictures of scenery look a lot like my pictures of scenery even though we are in different states. Jenny, I got you a present from North America's largest dinosaur museum today, and Elyse, yours involves vintage cowgirl print! And even in Casper, Wyoming, Harry Potter packed the house :)

Trekking poles just might save your life
Haha Lorien. I can't wait to compare our scenery pics. Yay vintage cowgirls! We haven't made it to Harry Potter yet, but it is definitely on the itinerary. D$ trekking poles can get you down from a tight spot and save your neck. That's all I'm saying...
