We had a look around the 'beautiful' El Paso :p Ok, it's just a boring border town, but it did have an enormous market area, reminded me of Cheetham Hill in Manchester, apart from the Mexicans, of which there were many. We walked down to the border crossing, unfortunately we didn't see anyone rush the border, in fact they just seem to let droves of cars through. They are all coming one way, of course. Had a look round the flea market, had lunch at Taco Bell, a huge fast food chain selling Mexican food with the cheapest Burritos this side of the border. In fact we preferred the taste over the food we ate in Mexico. To be honest we weren't that impressed by the traditional Mexican food, the Tacos tasted a bit odd and everything was smeared in Mole, a mix of re-fried beans, chocolate and chilli.
