Elliot's Sign; Mark's Cooler
Elliot made this sign for the back of the RV. See the cooler? Mark decided the 36-foot RV wasn't big enough -- we're pulling the big cooler along as well. Always a cold beer. The Royce Adventure Father's Day in Memphis. The kids say that Dad is king today; not Elvis. We've driven the approximate 400 miles across Tennessee but it took us a day longer than planned. Some RV troubles -- a generator acting up and then a blown tire (one of eight on this thing) -- brought us to Mark's new favorite store -- Camping World outside of Knoxville and then a truck repair shop in Nashville. We were a little depressed last night, but a couple of drinks and a plan to get to Memphis and just hang out for the night instead of driving more made today pretty good. That, and staying at a campground near Bucher Hollar. The kids were great. Going to Graceland late on a Sunday was perfect with no crowds at all. It was a real hoot. This is my first 10 minutes alone since Friday since the boys took Mark to the pool for some father/son bonding. We've had all of our meals so far in the RV so we're looking forward to a night out for ribs. Still can't decide what to call the RV but the names of her long-time owners, Burt or Millie seem to
Kevin and Tennessee
Kevin loves the state workbooks and shares facts about each state as we drive throught. be sticking. The next two days will be heavy driving days -- across parts of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas into New Mexico. We're about a day behind what Mark had planned but don't care. We're just hoping the repairs are behind us.

We're so glad you are on your way again! Praying there are no more problems. Sounds like Graceland was fun--I can see a jungle room at your house!!! Love you guys and look forward to these blog entries. Keep us posted.
