Day 27 - Savannah to Raleigh via Chalston

7.45 Bags to Coach!
We were in Charlston for around 3 hours - and were really excited about it because that's where the Notebook was filmed! Michelle and I had planned to see the house Noah fixed up.... then found out at the information centre that its ages away, and even if we got to it, its on a private plantation so wouldn't be able to see it anyway =(
We did however see the theatre where Noah and Allie had their first date!
We just walked around for the rest... Went into a shop called Urban Outfitters... had lunch...
On to Raleigh.
Surprise movie - the Notebook!!! Moans from all the guys, and all of us girls cried our way through it! Such a good movie - could watch it over and over!
Got to the hotel with enough time to find our rooms before we had to come back to the Coach for dinner. Just went to some buffet which was nice, but we all ate too much (including dessert) and felt sick and exhausted by the time we got back to the hotel.
Most people went to bed. Michelle and I listened to some music, then headed down to James and Steve's room and watched crappy American TV with Caddie, Nathan, Jo and Annie. Also had discussions about how the UK guys are hard to understand because they all mumble!! Except for Carl of course!
Back to our room... fell asleep almost instantly!
