Today thankfully Nate was able to get into the dentist to fix the crown that he had lost the day before. Thank you to the Marion RV campground host being gracious enough to let us stay on the site for a couple hours over check out time. Thankfully we were still able to get back on the road by 1:00. The drive through St Louis was a little precarious since we hit during rush hour. We finally did get to our campsite. We paid a bit extra so that we could relax by the water, however, we did not plan to find the truck battery dead after lunch/dinner. The first Walmart we went to did not have the battery in stock. By the time we arrived at the second Walmart it was getting very late, and the automotive department was closed. After many attempts with associates, we were able to exchange the battery at no charge. We made it back to the trailer just before 11:00 p.m. we need to get to bed since we have to be up by 6:30.
