Today we had "Circle" with Winnie

Today was a big day for Winnie, it was "Circle", Circle is a group of about 15 ladies that meet monthly, all very close friends who get together for friendship and to help the community. They raise money through raffles and silent auctions etc, most have an interest in quilting and sewing. Marilyn also belongs to the group. Winnie is the president. I got to draw the raffle..... too bad I didn't pull out the right ticket for Winnie or Marilyn !
While we were busy having our luncheon at Circle, Geoff was taking a walk in Rockford township and along the river. later in the day after we got home he took a walk in the forrest and flushed out a wild turkey..... I don't know who was frightened more..... Geoff or the turkey !!
For dinner we went into Sparta, the neighbouring town, where we had a great Mexican tea.
