Jeff came by one day with the small gator that Dakota is holding, it was very much alive. He came over the next day with the 10 footer in the bed of the truck. It was still moving even though it had been shot. The large one had been getting a local man's goats for lunch. The reunion went really well. Six of ten of the kids were there. Along with them, a lot of their family were there also. Some brought extra food which really helped make the reunion a success. THANK YOU ALL!!... read more

We left Vicksburg, Ms enroute to Vidalia, La by way of Duck Commander (Duck Dynasty) in West Monroe, La. Dakota is really excited about that visit. We made it to Duck Commander, dropped $142.00. When we asked for a second paper bag to separate Dakota's and Briar's purchases, WE WERE TOLD "I WILL HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THAT" !!!! Most of the items for sale there were made in China. A little disappointed with those two facts. As we were leaving, Dakota and Briar saw Martin coming down the street. He waved, drove on by. Dakota and Briar ran back into the store thinking he was headed in there, but he came back by and stopped at the motorhome looking for them. As it turned out, he was dropping someone off at work and did not ... read more

All reunions are over, contacted WorkHorse today to see what can be done about the caliper. They informed me to contact Buck Sullivan in Jackson, MS. I did that and spoke with Cedric, he informed me he could do the work in about 2 - 3 weeks. Even after I explained we were on the road and headed for Alaska, he explained to me he could get to our motorhome in about 2 - 3 weeks. Called WorkHorse back and spoke with Erica, again; she contacted the regional service manager, Chris. Chris contacted Buck Sullivan's again and Erica said I should call Buck Sullivan again. I did and Mike there said we were top priority and to have the motorhome there at 7AM Tuesday morning. I let him know it would be there. So change of ... read more

Norris family reunion today. We cooked hot dogs for Aleta's brothers/sisters/kids/grandkids. Again, we used the facilities located at the River View RV Resort. A very busy day with all the people visiting and the reunion. The weather was HOT!!!! Diane and Charles traveled to Vidalia with us and I believe they would agree that it was H O T!! Had a wonderful time visiting with all the family here in Vidalia and Natchez. Another reunion tomorrow :-) Oh, the mosquitoes are alive and well here. Brother-in-law, James Johnson cooked tons and tons of crawfish and I ate until I could hardly walk. Thanks James. Casey, Amanda, and Kylie (little girl with the big blue eyes) came in from Georgia to spend some time with us. It was good to have them there. Aleta & Shelby T. ... read more
