The buildings in New Orleans are a mix of old and new. The French Quarter has some of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Most of the French Quarter was flooded but only by a little bit during Hurricane Katrina.

Sandra Bullock's home is lovely. Sadly she wasn't home.

One of the things that I found unusual was that the freeways went over top of the city. Infact the photos of the freeway was taken outside the Convention Centre which one of the largest buildings I've ever seen. The entrances start at "A" and we stopped walking along it at "T".

The views from the Mississippi were amazing. I don't think my photos do it justice.
