Good morning friends and family!
Today we are riding down route 80 west in the heartland of this great country! We are immersed in corn...and not just because I'm sitting next to Marc!
RV life is great because when you arrive at your destination, everything is set! Last night we had appetizers outside and strolled down the deserted road through the corn fields. Marc had a shocking exchange with a black angus steer. He couldn't understand why the big guy wouldn't come close to the fence. Turns out, the 4 legged bovine was smarter than the 2 legged goalie! The fence was live! YEOW!!!
Had salad, spaghetti and meatballs and sausage and, of course, good wine for dinner. Quiet, lovely evening in North Utica, Illinois!
