The world I would chose to live in is the old world because there was a lot of healthier foods to chose from. In the

new world there are healthy foods of course;however, there are lots of processed foods as well, and is hard to live a

healthy life style. I believe being healthy is one of the most important things to life, even if that means eating a small

amount of foods that aren't good for you every once in a while.

Making Empanadas:

Ingredients:
- ground turkey
- Disco ( dough shell)
-oil( smart balance or olive oil)
- shredded cheddar cheese( any cheese as desired)
- black pepper
- garlic
- chili pepper
- sazo'n goya

How to make it:

1. Cook ground turkey, thoroughly, adding in black pepper, garlic, chili powder, and sazo'n goya seasonings.

2. Start oil( low heat) or preheat oven to 400 degrees.

3. Fill empanadas with ground turkey, and cheese, using the fork to close it by pressing down on the edges of the empanadas with the tip of the fork.

4. Place empanadas in the skillet of oil, turning it over on both sides until both sides are brown. If baked in the oven, make sure that both sides are brown as well. Serve hot or until warm enough to eat, try with sour cream!

Empanadas represents both of the worlds because it has a few of the seasonings that were used in adding flavor to

the ground turkey such as: chili powder, garlic, black pepper, and turkey.

Enjoy!
