1. 1. This event was taken place in Tokyo, Japan, in the east coast of the world.

2. 2. What was happening was that the mayor of Osaka said that the use of “comfort women” was necessary for the morale of Japanese soldiers in World War II.

4. 3. One human right that is being violated is the freedom from torture and degrading treatments.

6. 4. I personally think that it didn't matter what the government of Osaka said. I think that it’s his opinion and he has the right to say it out to the public. Maybe it wasn't necessary for the people to hear, but I think that there shouldn't be any punishment towards this problem. Also, he was giving his opinion out that had to do during World War II.
