1). This event took place at Oklahoma in United States.

2). The people of southwestern Oklahoma were involved.

3). The human rights, food and shelter for all are violated because the government should guarantee and provide the aid no matter what. The citizens now are in a severe crisis, it is government's job to support its citizens.

4). My thoughts on this issue are the people around the U.S should provide and volunteer to help our fellows. The government should not take that much time on voting the aid because the people who suffer can not wait that long time. Instead, the government should make a quick decision and help out the survivors.
