1. This is taking place in the United States.

2. The openly gay scouts that want to join a boy scouts are the ones being mainly involved.

3. The human right that is being protected is the right to expression because the boys can openly express themselves and they will not be turned down the opportunity to join something because of their sexuality.

4. My thoughts on this issue is that it is a great idea to let them join the boy scouts. Just because someone is different from you does not mean that they are not human. The boys who are openly gay are still boys and if they want to join something they should have the right to and should not be turned down because of their sexual orientation. I do think that enough is being done because the boys will be able to have fun on a boy scouting team just like any other child.
