In my opinion, I think that the U.S Government should keep the promises they made with the Indian American treaties because it would be the right thing to do to a person. A promise is to assure a person that you are willing or commit to your word. Besides, the Native Americans were in the U.S before anybody so they kind of owe them. If the U.S could not keep a promise that was made between the Native Americans and U.S government, then that shows how others will treat the U.S government by their actions. It also shows what they are willing to do in order to do something or get something. It shows them as being pete and crual because they go and play dirty. But then again it is their way of suriving because they are not suppose to trust anyone nut themselves. That is why the U.S government should have kept their promises to the Native Americans because it shows their actions and the Native Americans are too nice/sweet.
