1. If I had to choose to live in either the New World or Old world when thinking about the type of materials I would need to make the different types of food I am interested in I would choose the Old World. I chose the Old World based on how they had discovered a variety of ingredients which can be used to my advantage when creating any type of food. In the old world, it wouldn't be so hard to find different types of meat because back then many civilzations were known for cultivating and hunting animals down. In the end, they brought everything they were able to gather up back to their people. In contrast, knowing that the Old World had all of these materials I would not to worry as much because I had everything I need to use within my reach. In conclusion, the Old World was a better place based on its amount of resources it was able to offer to the community.
