1. If I were to choose which world to live in solely because of its food, I would choose the old world. The old world consists of what I already eat and has many things that sound interesting to me; additionally, the old world has more food to choose from and I am a person that likes to try new things.

Stir-fried Chinese cabbage

Ingredients:

-Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage)

-Salt

-Sugar

-Garlic

-Oil

-Soy Sauce

-Cornstarch

Directions

Step 1: Boil the cabbage until it shrinks and softens.

Step 2: Drain the veggies, and prepare frying fan. Turn on fire to medium heat.

Step 3: Oil the frying pan and chop garlic in small pieces.

Step 4: First add garlic and let it cook in the pan for 10 seconds. Then add cabbages.

Step 5: Stir everything around, and then add soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Mix slowly so cabbages don’t break apart.

Step 6: Add Cornstarch to the veggies and continue to stir.

Step 7: Cook for one more minute. Then Serve.
