1) I would perfer to live in the New World based solely on food because there is more variatey right now. There are more options to choose from in the new world.

In the old world, people were bearly finding out the types of spices, and the main ingridients. The new world knows what it is dealing with already. The food from

right now has more flavor , and is better quality.

2) To make tamales , you need dough, oil , salt , royal , chiles , Chicken , and the leaves of a corn on a cob.

You basically make the chile for the sauce that the chicken goes into. You put the leaves to boil. The hardest part is to make the dough into the right texture for the tamale. You need to really work hard to beat it all up together. Once everything is done and made, you put the chile and the chicken on the leaf. You then wrap it up , and put it in a steamer to cook .

I think that this is mostly a Old world recipe. It uses Corn, Flour, and Wheat.
