1) Piracy continues ot be a problem during the modern world because there have been some cases of piracy invasion through out the year. People are still getting killed for their money and ship. They still hunt down whoever they want for the valuables they have. They still continues to highjack hundreds of ships through out the sea.

2) The tried to make a force called " The Maritime Police Force". Basicsally they would be looking out at water , and trying to stop the pirates from coming to our waters. This may cost alot of money , and take a long time for it to actually work , but I think it is something that we need. Alot of drugs are being imported like this.

3) I think if piracy were to be used for a good use, then yea it might be justifiable. Instead of using this term for bad things , it would be nice if it was used for people who actually do something good over seas.
