1. If I had to pick which world to live in, either Old world or new world, I would pick to live in the old world. I would live the old world because they had a variety of food. Also, the old world had my some of my favorite foods.


2. Arroz Con Leche:Ingredients: 1 cup long-grain white rice 3 cups water3 inches cinnamon sticks or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 cups milk (or for richer pudding substitute 1 can of evaporated milk and add enough regular milk to equal 4 cup)1 can of evaporated milk1 can of sweetened condensed milk You basically cook the rice in water and cinnamon sticks. When rice is cooked you add the milk. Then you add the evaporated milk and sweetened milk. Then you add the raisins and let it sit, make sure to stir so it won't stick. This dessert would represent the old world since you can substitute some the ingredients stated in the recipe.
