1. Pirates still today steal ships from other people and even countries. Also, pirates steal any goods that they can adding up to millions of dollars. These people are not just average people, they are highly trained in what they do. These people have many connections whether they need security or need help completeing a task. These people make secret payments with other countries to provide them with things like security.

2. There is a force that is created that is a "highly trained fighting force". The people within this forec help put an end to piracy. However, this isn't an easy task for the pirates are heavily armed most of the time. Ther are not many other solutions because the pirate will do whatever it takes to protect their cargo, even if that means taking other peoples lives.

3. In my opinion no because its wrong for people to take things by force and take other people as hostages. Piracy doesnt have any posotive note, pirates may think it does but to a majority of people, it really doesn't.
