Indigenous people wouldn't let 'Day of the Dead' die is about how peopl in Mexico, Central America, and some parts of the United States celebrate the deceased. Additionally, it talks about how they used skulls to represent the deceased family and friends. It also states how they'd go to an alter, or the gravesite to eat the favorite foods of the love one(s). They'd also bring tequila for the adults and toys for the children.
• I personally think it's creepy. Visiting a cemetery and sitting upon graves of othe dead people would scare me. Also, the fact that they ate certain skulls and believed that the skulls represent the after life was scariing me a little.
• It connects to class because it shows some of the things the Aztecs believed in. It relates back to our civilization brochures.
